Meeting my NET calories!

So i have made a point to ALWAYS eat no less than 1200 calories a day. If I have a decent 'workout' that day than I tend to be a little more hungry and will eat about half of them back. I keep reading that my NET intake should be 1200 but if i work out than there is just no way I would make that. Is it dangerous to my health to eat on average 1000 NET calories? I am feeling more energized since I started last week and I am not hungry I tend to have a high calorie snack every night to make sure I have met the 1200 calorie intake.
**** Update **** I added Sodium intake to my nutritional goals!

that is a BIG debate on here but i met with an endocronologist and he said that 1000 calories is fine as long as they are very nutritional calories and not junk.0

I've eaten under 1200 calories a few times and have been just fine!! Everyone is different, so everyone really needs a different amt of calorie intake0

I am on 1000 clories and have been since April 2010. I always make sure that what I eat is nutritional.
If I have 1200 I will put the weight ON. However, have found that 1000 suits me very well altho' I must admit that being disabled I am not be exercising that perhaps others would be doing.0
