Hi all. I'm doing Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and I'm not sure how to catergorize it in the exercise log? I don't have a heart monitor thingy so I don't know the exact calorie count. Would you consider her work out "aerobics, general" or "circuit training, general", or something else? I thought circuit training would be more accurate since she does that 3-2-1 thing, but I don't know. I want to make sure I calculate everything as accurately as possible so there are no bad surprises at my weigh in.

When I have to guess burned calories, I guess low. I guessed high on an activity several weeks ago and the results were not encouraging.

  • You guys are great. Thank you so much. It's only been a few days for me, but already I feel more encouraged than I've ever felt on my weight loss journey.
