GM, this is day 2 of MFP for me. And I must say that using this app really helps keep me focus. I have decided to add my foods into my diary prior to actually consuming them. When I realized that I added over 100 calories with just the ranch and buffalo dipping sauce alone.....I decided that I could go without..... So I see this fitness pal is really going to be a pal to me...
My goal is to lose about 35-40 lbs. In the past 2 weeks I have lost 4 of those pounds and I am excited about reaching my goal.

Welcome to you! This site is great! I've learned sooooo many ways of cutting the calories from the "stuff" I eat every day just by checking out the posts & comments from other members of MFP. My best tip: eat your calories & drink lots of water every day! Wishing you the best on your weight loss journey!!!:drinker:0
