looking for a potato and zuchinni recipe

I have lots of zuchinni to use and need to use up my potatoes...so what's a good oven recipe to cook these up? Something kid friendly if possible!

Oh ya if you have any with chicken that would be great too!

    why don't you sautee the zucchini in olive oil (a lil bit) toss with some parmesan cheese (a little bit) and put with the potatoes, add some cut up tomatoes and healthy seasonings (cilantro for starts, any salt free dressings like thyme, etc.) bake the potate while you cook the rest, then add on top when it's done?

    You enter the ingredients you have on hand (and can even emphasize the important ones) and it will search the internet for recipes with those ingredients.
