    This isn't really a quote, but it was one of the first things I read on here. I have no clue who wrote it or if they're still around.... it was "This [losing weight] isn't magic, it's math" math is practical... it makes SENSE. That quote is the reason I stuck with this, so thank you to whoever said it if you're still out there! :flowerforyou:

    Someone on MFP has "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" and I absolutely love that one!

    Mine are:
    "sweat cleanses from the inside, it comes from places a shower can never reach" (don't know author)
