Just read a really great article from the American Council on Exercise that breaks down these 3 popular workout plans and their corresponding nutrition plans. I thought it was a really informative and figured I'd share.

Good read. Of the three programs I have only done one, P90X, but I had no major disagreements with the assessment. I'll be interested to get the reaction of the Insanity devotees at MFP; I know there’s a bunch. Thanks for the post.0
