Can I count no calorie, no sodium, no caffeine sparkling water as part of my daily water intake?

I wouldn't, but that's just me. I only count plain water. I'm not convinced that anything other than plain water can flush toxins as well as plain water.

YES! It's what I drink all day long. I use a SodaStream soda maker, which simply carbonates tap or filtered water. I even checked with my nutritionist (months ago), she said absolutely YES.

And by using my SodaStream, I drink about 3+ liters a day of carbonated water. My other 2 liters are plain tap water when I'm at the gym. 6 liters = 21.13 cups. Good thing I sweat a lot at the gym! <lol> Water intake has never been my problem. <lol>

Its water...so yes. Tea and coffee certainly count too.
