Hi all, just thought I would introduce myself. Well I've put on a few pounds now weighing 14st 10lbs, where-as I used to be just over 12 1/2. I always used to exercise regularly however work and kids has meant by the time I get the chance I'm too tired. Its really annoying me now as I feel an ugly duckling and just don't get the time or motivation. So fingers crossed as I want to loose 2 stone and tone up so if anyone out there wants to give me a push please feel free!!!!
