    Diet and exercise! Watch your calorie intake and try to replace any "junk food" you are eating throughout the day w/ fruits and veggies. Also, try to exercise as much as you can. Cardio will burn those calories quickly, but don't forget to do some weightlifting too, because once you build some muscle. that will help burn calories all day!

    I think the mistake a lot of people make is seeing that they still have calories left for the day and eating a candy bar or something highly processed and full of sugar. You'll loose weight more quickly if you consume healthy calories and eat plenty of lean protein that will keep you full throughout the day! Good luck!
