He has a turbo trainer (set up with his bike, not mine), and a rowing machine in the annex, but I can't have a running machine because I should just go and do it outside, apparently. Even when it's raining, or dark, or icy. Grrrrrrr.

My husband said I didn't need treadmill because 1. I could walk outside and 2. I would never use it. So, I showed him. I bought one anyways, and I use it everyday and I still walk outside in the evenings with my boys. :)

Sometimes you just have to do it. He actually told me he was proud of me for using it, because he didn't think I would.

    Good Luck!

I feel your pain! Sometimes they just don't "get it"! Wishing you better luck than I have had with mine.

II told my wife that our treadmill would make a great clothes hanger. Aaaaaaaaand i was right.

However if my wife wanted to workout, I would not discourage her. Sooner or later something will stick

Find a cute guy running partner (because you need protection while out at night) Your husband will get you a treadmill in no time

Love it! and agree...with many people here. Get it anyway! I have one that I only use in the winter but he says nothing about it because it does get used...of course I also use all of his training equipment too! So jump on his rowing machine, then see how quickly you can have your treadmill
