what do you say to a friend who is waivering to make them feel better and keep going along their path???
mine are .... you are very special, and i believe in you! we will keep working at this together!!
please give me your best words of encouragement, then take them with you when you waiver as well. because i will!
Thank you in advance for contributing!!
you may send a friends request if you like, friends are always welcome!
however i would like to keep the drama to a bare minimum, if you please.serious friend requests only for the purpose of encouraging others and getting that in return!!!! ty

I would tell them to give you a call if they ever feel they are wavering. Let them know you are there for them, whatever.0

I usually tell them chin up!! We can get through this together!! I am here for you....you have loads of people here for you!! The words fail and give up should not enter your vocabulary.....I tell them just how amazing and special they are and why they are....
Hope this helped....:flowerforyou:0 -
I don't know exactly how you're feeling, but I'm here for you if you need it.0

Letting them know that I'm here to listen, that I truly care about how they feel, and then I throw some humor in there to lighten things up. Laughter is good for the soul.0

I agree....with this 100% ..
-also think of what you would like to hear when it's your time of need0 -
My best words are always how stonge they are for taking the first step on getting on the site then pointing out the work they are doing. And how even if they don't believe it how stronge they are for themselves and no one else. It takes a big person to admit they need help...0

I usually tell them about a time when I wavered or gained some weight, but got back to the gym. And usually, telling the person they'll feel better after going to the gym helps, because it's true! it's hard to get to the gym but you know you love the feeling afterwards0
