Welcome aboard. When I started my journey almost 8 months ago, for the first 4 or 5 months I didn't workout. I just watched what I ate and lose 20 lbs. Then, I started doing workout dvds and actually enjoy it. You just have to find things that you like. You will find alot of amazing people here.0
