need a kick restart!!

What would be best to restart my loss?

Ive been not really thinking about my foods for the last month or two and put on 4lbs :-( my own fault.

Just wondering if you guys think it would be better to start off again zig zagging my cals or to just stick to being under my goal everyday again until i start losing again?

Any advice will be greatly apreciated.
