I have read many posts on eating back your exercise calories, but this freaks me out. I work out hard 5-6 times a week (burn apprx. 800 an hour). Because I am proud that I am burning these calories I am so scared to replace them. Please someone explain "net calories" to me. For instance, right now I have 65 net calories for the day after going to the gym, eating breakfast and lunch. Is the goal to see 1,200 "net" when I complete my entries for the day? Any sound advice would be extremely helpful.
I hope this doesn't sound dumb. Thanks!!!
