Calories burned??

How many calories burned do you shoot for when you workout?

    I aim for 500/day. I very rarely get that in one workout. I do strength training and I don't burn enough calories with that, so I usually have to throw in a bike ride, some zumba, or a run to get my 500 :)

    I try to burn over 700 calories a day. But I dont sweat it if I dont get to it!

    Depends on what I plan to eat that day. Like Saturday I know my friends are taking me out to celebrate graduating from law school. I'm sure there will be lots of food and drinks so I'm going to try and burn 800-1000 calories before going out. On days when I have light meals planned, I'm happy with anything around 300. It all depends on how much food and drink I want that day.

    Depends, on an average day 4- 500. if its a day that I know that I will eat more than usual maybe 7- 800.
