I do anywhere from 30-60 minutes on treadmill twice a week. Will I lose weight byjust doing cardio? I have asthma so I am limited to what I can do. Also, any suggestions for healthy snacks?

Yes, you will lose weight!! You just need to tone aswell!! I havent been able to do any exercise this week because im studying for exams and already I have lost 2lbs!! (my weigh in day is friday!!)0

weight loss, and more specifically fat loss, has little to do with exercise, other than exercise giving you more calories. Weight loss has everything to do with how much, and how well you eat.
Exercise is important, don't get me wrong, but it's important to improve your health, and strength, and maybe give you some extra calories, but it's not the reason why someone loses weight. Aside from that, only doing cardio is like baking a cake with half the ingredients, I.E. you might get something edible in the end, but it won't be right.0
