I've been drinking a lot of Vintage Seltzer water and counting that as my water. Does it count or should I be drinking plain water?

I wouldn't count it as your water intake. Water is water. Seltzer water is carbonated which can also leave you bloated. You can drink it but I wouldn't count it as your regular water intake.

I never feel bloated after drinking seltzer, but it is water...just water with bubbles, so wouldn't it count? There's no sodium or artificial flavors in it either.
