I am eating terrible today ! all week actually!! I'm getting bored of eating the same snacks. I've been dieting since January and its not getting any easier, as far as eating goes. what are some healthy snack ideas, besides fruit?

carrots and hummus
sweet potato (just microwave for 5 min and its 100 cals!)
POP chips (they're soooo good but low cal, you can find them at most groceries)
Those are just a few off the top of my head! I also drink chai tea and it curbs my snack cravings. Tazo makes a great one in decaf and regular!0 -
cereal bars, fridge raiders mini bags, wotsits, walkers baked crisps, low-fat/cal yoghurts/dessert pots...cant think of any more just now lol0

I am addicted to natural popcorn without all of the extra butter. It's good and filling. Also I use the baby bell cheese and laughing cow cheeses and crackers a lot for a quick snack. Smart ones has a lot of good desserts that are low in calories and I use skinny cow ice cream sandwiches too. You can friend me if you want. Good luck!0
