I am so nervous for Sunday...

So I got down to 10 stone (140lbs) which was almost a 28lbs weight loss for me so I was getting all excited. Then I had the weekend off and went up 5lbs. I was devastated. So for the last three days I have lowered my intake to 1000 calories temporarily just until I get back down to 140lbs. My official weigh in day is going to be Sunday and I am so nervous. I am actually physically terrified of jumping on that scale and it telling me that I have not lost any weight, or even worse, that I've put weight on.

At least when I weighed myself every day I knew exactly where I was. Waiting a whole week in between weigh-ins is really scary and if this doesn't work out well for me I'm going to go back to doing it every day. I can't bear the tension :/
