ahh, well lets see, I started at about 233 and now I see saw between 178 and 185 depending on what kind of training (food and liquid consumption differs) I am doing, so somewhere between 48 and 52 lbs. But I didn't start on here until about 3 weeks into it and I had lost about 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks so it is only about 35 to 40 on here.

Happy Anniversary Banks! A year and a month for me but I didn't get around to posting the Anniversary of it. I can't believe it's been a year, it just seemed to fly by us. It was a really fantastic year though. You always had another piece of info to share whenever I came on to log food, you made the fantastic IM site which I still hit once in a while, and you introduced me to "sticky's" which I knew nothing about. :bigsmile: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I like you can't believe how my life has changed this past year, my anniversary isn't until January but all the information I have learned and my whole outlook on life!!!
