If I walk 30 minutes in the morning about 2.5 and do 30 minutes in the evening will that help burn fat?

    Heck YES! Every exercise you do helps to burn fat! As you get going, you may feel ready to start incorporating little burts of jogging into your walk...

    Also, if you have 30 minutes free in the morning, I HIGHLY suggest checking out Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Its only 20 minutes, and it's a great workout to get your heart rate going in the morning. You can get some strength training in too, which will help you shred the fat.

    I started out about where you are, and you just have to keep plugging. If you stick with the diet, the weight will come off! Some times you'll have plateaus of weeks, or even months, but the important part is to just keep going!

    Sounds perfect I'd just take up the intensityas it gets easier :)
