"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

I'm interested, but now I've been doing this for 30 days... so I guess that makes me commited? I no longer think of it as something I need to remember to do, it's something I do without thinking.0

Committed, involved & inspired!0

I don't think I can summon up the enthusiasm to be committed to anything other than my family. I just do stuff. The stuff I currently do involves a lot of running.0

VERY committed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Right now I am interested. Committed may come later.0

Sadly to say I think I am only interested though I am trying to be committed. I am only one week into my new lifestyle change "diet" and I am trying to really commit myself and get into that right mind frame. I know I can do it but sometimes I just need a little kick in the butt.0

46 pounds later and more to go I am committed.0

I am committed - and some say I should be :laugh:0

I'm interested but not sure if I'm gonna try it yet.0

I'm mostly committed, but my weight isn't as much of a concern for me right now as my conditioning. There are many days where I put in most of my stuff, get busy elsewhere, and then just say, "Screw it, I'm close enough!" I'm committed to my well-being, not to a number on a scale.0

Loving the honesty! I started out committed..lost 19 pounds..and now I've been stuck and it's turning into an interest.0
-
Committed to living healthier and happier.0
