Yummy snack today

Made kids coconut oil popped pop corn. I did melt some real butter (will not put fake stuff on my popcorn) and tossed together. The two cups I had after my workout hit the spot.

I will never buy bagged popcorn again :-) It's going in the snack rotation for sure.
