Hi

Does anyone have any information regarding L Carnitine, and does it help with weight loss, and is it best taken before or after exercise.

    Dr. Oz recently featured this on his show along with other metabolism boosters and fat burners. It should be taken twice a day, dosage depending on current weight. (Read the label) Basically it works by 'pulling the fat into the cells to be used for energy". Here is the link to what was mentioned on the Dr. Oz show. I would say do a bit of research and always start in moderation. If you want to use this product be sure to test your reaction by tracking how you feel and any results you may be having. Do not add it to your routine along with other new items as you will not know which one is actually effective for you.
