chopped spinach

i need a side dish recipe that calls for chopped spinach, pronto! i have 3 boxes i need to use right away (in like, the next 2 hours). thanks!

    I don't have a recipe, per se, but you could just (if it's frozen?) defrost it, squeeze out the excess water, put it in a pan with a little olive oil, add a squeeze of lemon, some garlic, and finish off with parmesan cheese - voila! Tastes great, and super simple.

    I ALWAYS through spinach in my homemade soups..no matter what kind!

    I use fresh spinach in this recipe but would definitely try frozen if I had it on hand.

    Sautee garlic in olive oil
    add spinach
    cook til melted down (or hot if frozen)
    add Balsamic Vinegar.

    It was in a WW cookbook I got for my mom for her birthday. It is fantastic. I would drain off the water before adding Balsamic if the spinach is frozen.
