If you search the boards, there are a few topics on them....apparently they are very odd in consistency and need to be cleaned VERY well.

Feels like you're chewin on rubber bands and they smell like old stale canned fish :-p worth trying, because if you like them it can be great, but I wasn't a fan

I didn't mind eating them, they just kinda took on the flavor of what I cooked them with (some soy sauce and my moms left over beef and brocolli)...

What I couldn't stand about them... was that they looked exactly the same going in as they did going out, if you catch my drift.....

I really like them. You just need to rinse really, really well, then boil for 5 mins, then pat dry with some paper towels and they good to go. I had them in a cream style sauce and LOVED them.

My hubby and I tried both the fettuccine noodles with prawns and the spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce. The fettuccine noodles were great with the prawns and low cal cream sauce but the spaghetti noodles were a little tough. I'm going to boil the heck out of them next time to see if it helps. The key with the smell is to rinse REALLY well then boil them for a couple minutes and rinse again. After that, I didn't notice any smell at all...and I'm SUPER picky with smells

I'm a fan of these! Someone posted some really great tips about rinsing them really well, drying them, and also boiling them for a few minutes. Another thing you should do is cook them in whatever sauce you use for a bit longer so that the noodles soak up the flavor more. You can't beat 40 cals for the whole bag of noodles!
