sea kelp and vitamin b

was wondering if sea kelp and vitamin b aid weight lose, have heard a few things about these and was wondering if any one knew if it just a myth

I take sea kelp and it certainly hasn't done me any harm, it also makes your nails stronger and is good for hair growth0

Sea kelp helps your hair and nails grow like crazy. Your hair will shoot out of your head.
Some b vitamins have similar effects. But there is no such thing as "vitamin b." There are only b vitamins (b12, b6, biotin, etc.). Biotin will also make your hair grow super fast. Some b vitamins can help with speeding up your metabolism, especially if you suffer from a b vitamin deficiency. Read the wikipedia page on b vitamins for more info:

I take sea kelp for stronger hair and nails. I've never heard anything about it aiding weight loss though, bonus if it does0
