so ive been eating healthy and organic and mostly raw foods for awhile now
mostly fruits and veggies

my question is...
in the mornings i make my son a little shake because hes not a big eater
well my question is... about how many calories/carbs? do you think is in it?
and how healthy would it be for me to drink as well? like will it be good for me?

its

Half a bananna
1/2 cup rice milk and goatmilk
1tablespoon of organic crunchy peanutbutter
1tablespoon of organic brown sugar
2tablesppons of oatmeal

so how many cals and carbs do you think?
and would it be a good breakfest for me?

it would be fine for you to eat. To calculate the caloric content, enter each ingredient into the MFP food log with the proper amounts. Shouldn't be too tough to calculate.

Hey - just saw your post have you clicked on the food tab above and just put it in. Quick, easy and great. I am an organic nut too, so it's nice to know there are others out there. I don't actually use peanut butter because it is higher in fat and I am a NO sugar girl so I would use:

    1/2 banana
    2 egg whites
    2 oz water
    ice
    cap full of butter extract
cap full of rum or maple extract

Awesome breakfast AND fills you up!

You can click on the food tab and then search for and add to a meal each of the ingredients you listed. Once you click save as a meal you can see the nutritional info you desire. Then of course delete it from your food diary if you really didn't have it for breakfast today.

    Hope this helps.

also i like to use this website

    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp

it has a recipe calculator, you can put in all your ingredients then the number of portion and it will give you the exact cals for 1 portion.

    take care !
