White Bean & Avocado Wrap

I made this today and it was super easy and super yummy!

I didn't use the oil or the cheese - those are things you can't taste anyway, so it saved calories.

I used Ole Extreme Wellness tortillas, which are 71 calories.

And, I just used a general spice mix versus the chipotle peppers b/c I had none around. I used a cajun seasoning.

    PS - It was 227 calories the way I made it. The tortilla that you use will be the key player in the calorie count, so try to find a low cal one!

    I didn't know there were tortilla wraps that came with less than 100 calories...that is awesome!

    Yummy! I am always looking for good lunch ideas. I think my hubby might even like this one.

    Very different from most things I eat, but it sounds really good! I definitely want to try it.

    It's definitely super yummy and was a big hit around here. I'll make it again this week. I think I'll try alterations - I'll keep the white bean & avocado base, but maybe try sprouts. I love sprouts :)
