How can I curve my Stomach ? -the sides

I want the sides of my stomach to suck in like every model and girl should have, what can I do to make it happen ?

    I am not sure if you're lean already, or not. But I can tell you one thing, if your muscles aren't showing, is due of body fat. Just keep on dropping the pounds is the solution for that. If you want them nice toned and firm, then do the recommended exercises above. V ups are good, but you can also do hanging twist which would really get those muscles working

    Insanity by Beachbody works the core in every single move w/o having to do sit ups. Love it!

    You could also wear a Corset trainer :)

    I wear a custom What Katie Did Mae corset at night to modify my lower ribs (they'll permanently curve in over time). You can also focus on "building out" your hips/glutes to lower your waist-to-hip ratio and make your waist look smaller in comparison. Lots of hip adduction/abduction, squats, etc.
