Natural Seasoning for all your foods!

2 Onions
2 Green peppers
2 garlics or 2 tbsp of garlic
3 branches of cerely
1/2 fresh cilantro package from the produce dept.
1 tsb of oregano
1 tsb of ground cummin

First cut all the ingredients in small chunks
put a lil bit of water in the blender
add the green pepper first once well blended add the rest of them til it look like a green smoothie.

Brush all meats with it or add it to any soups. I put this to all my foods that I cook. Just add fine sea salt and it will taste really yummi!!!

THIS WILL GIVE YOUR FOOD A LATIn FLAVOR.

keep it in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
