    I just discovered those Fiber One bars. Yummy! I think everything "affects me". I finally went out and bought some Beano. :blushing: Seems to help.

    Well I guess this thread helps put some pieces to my gas puzzle together. I do FiberOne bars and pray no one comes into my office sometimes.
