what are some at home exercises you do and how do I log it here ?

    walking with a pedometer is ggod if you work up to 10,00 steps a day it is approx 5 miles and you can do some in the morning , afternoon and evening. It adds up!!!

    p90x, running outdoors, pilates, light weights & elliptical. i use a polar ft7 hrm to monitor my calories burned and just add them manually to the data base.
