Building Endurance and pumping up motivation!!!

I never realized that incorporating new workout clothes into my lifestyle changes could help me stay motivated!!! Before today I could barely run two laps around the track during my daily one hour walking sessions... because I am just getting started...I wanted to start slow.

Today I ran 6 of the 12 laps that I normally walk!!! I cut my one hour workout time by 15 minutes!!! I am so proud of myself. My family thinks it's no big deal but they have no idea!!!

Helpful tip...get some brightly colored workout clothes!!! Not more drab black and grey for me!!!

Trying desperately to stay motivated!!! :)
