I had a double chin and I noticed in pictures I lost it a few months ago.. how excited I was!

Then I went and dyed my hair blonde.. now it's showing back up in all the pictures?

I haven't gained weight.. I've only lost... so why is it back?

It makes no sense!

I bet it's not really there, it's just an illusion caused by the lighting or the angle the photo was taken on. I notice that in some pics I seem to have a really thin face, in other's it looks much fatter. Really, I suspect it is somewhere in between.
If I feel under my chin I can tell that there is much more jawbone evident and much less flab there.

I thought this at to first.. so I took a bunch of pictures of me over a week's time.. and it's not going away unless I angle the camera down at me.. which is now my official favorite way to take a picture, lol.

My husband said I was being silly about it to, until I showed him all the pictures.. He doesn't know what to say now.. I can't take one straight on WITHOUT the double chin effect.. I'm so confused.

Edit to say: And I was able to take straight on pictures at the same angle until now.. I only noticed it after I dyed my hair.. might have nothing to do with it.. but it might.. and I almost noticed.. my visible cheek bones that were starting to show aren't as visible anymore either.. is it the contrast of my hair?

    I am confused lol.

It very well could be the difference in hair color!! People with darker hair almost always look like they have deeper shadows which in turn makes the face look more angular. I can show you many many pictures of myself where I look all rounded and babyish with my hair light and a lot more angular and adult with my hair dark.
