I'm a newbie, well not entirely - I created my profile on here several months ago, when I was approximately five pounds lighter than I am now. Its not that I'm that heavy, people tell me I carry my weight well and I'm in fairly decent shape, I can still run an eight minute mile! But I have been slimer. So no more excusses, I want to get back down to 165, as my first goal and after that, well we'll just see how things go. The last few months have been very difficult between college, boys and work I have definatley reinforced the statistic of the freshman 15. I hate being a statistic! So enough is enough lets do this! Please help me stay motivated now!

Hang in there! Maybe all you need is encouragement and accountability. Log in regularly and it does help! Make sure you track all your food. You can do this!!! I'll send you a friend request if you don't mind0
