Hi!
My name is Natalie and I just joined MFP. I am a proud wife of an American Soldier, mother of 4 and more recently a new grandma (just call me Meemaw). I am originally from San Antonio, Texas and currently reside in Alabama while my husband has been stationed in South Korea. In July we will be relocating to Kansas. I feel like I've been struggling with my weight my entire life but really it's only been since my last child 11 YEARS AGO...so I guess baby weight isn't really a valid excuse.
I started this "new" journey back in January. My starting weight was 183 lbs. Currently I weigh 167 lbs. I was totally motivated and then I completely lost momentum and have been in a slump since March...my normal track record! I am so determined to reach my goal weight (130 lbs), stay healthy, and enjoy my life and all of the blessings I've been given without regret.
In joining MFP I am hoping to gain back my momentum with a little help from some new friends and their motivation as well as offer some friendly motivational support of my own.
Your new friend,
Natalie
