Hi Guys,
I need an opinion here...
Before I'm actively joining gym on March 2011, my blood pressure always show on the highest side..
my normal reading would be 130/90 and I will getting headache when it raise to 150/90 and above.
However, recently I getting headache, and when I check my blood pressure, it's show 110/64.
Anybody can guide me thru this?

I would check with your Dr. Make sure things are good, see what they recommend. Not something I would try to figure out on my own (blood pressure especially)0
