Eating clean is definitely the way to go!! I eat very clean! I try not to eat anything that is on your no list.... However i do want to make a few suggestions if you do not mind..... ;)

Peanut butter & avacados are both in my fave foods list!! But you should only have minimal portions of them... I would recomend keeping lean meats in your diet as well, chicken, fish, pork tenderloin are all great choices, you just need to watch portion sizes. Also, i do not think you need to restrict you dairy, you should have 2 portions a day...but rather weed out the bad high fat dairy.

I just started drinking coconut milk which for a dairy alternative is definitely the most like milk...not grainy or watery at all....it is also lower in calories & sugar than no fat milk but it is also lower in protein as well.

In your daily diet You should have:
7-8 servings a day of vegetables
    6-7 of grain products
    2 of dairy & alternatives
    & 2 of meat & alternativesà

GOOD LUCK in your journey, i know you feel feel much better! I certainly did after i changed over.... :)

It's an admirable goal, but I suggest you do more homework on protein before June gets here. While peanut butter offers some protein, it's not much and avocado really does not bring enough to mention. However they do both give you plenty of healthy fat which every cell in your body requires.

First you need to determine how much protein you need a day (on a day without exercise I'm looking for 98 grams) and make sure each meal delivers a decent portion of that total. Most of us know that protein is needed to build muscle and support organ health, but it's also required for the immune system to work properly.

To keep up your protein levels if you're not eating meat or dairy you'll find most grains have some and legumes will be a good resource, some better than others. If you're avoiding processed foods, will that include tofu or seitan?

Eating clean is a great goal, being a vegan is a big commitment not one to be taken lightly and without proper education if you're doing it for purposes of healthy living.

    Good luck!
