I just do this when I make mine

Low fat and low salt greek yogurt
1-2 lebanese cucumbers grated with excess moisture squeezed out
2-4 cloves of garlic crushed (depending on taste)
1 tbs of white wine vinegar or lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together in a bowl

I taste it as I am making it and tweak it to taste I like mine really galicly and tart. you can add olive oil to make it sweeter or add less acid but bear in mind oil will up your cals

    Awesome, thanks folks!
  • I love tzatziki and eat it on tons of stuff! Great little extra source of protein and yummy as heck. Here's how I make it:

-1 medium or large container of fat free greek yogurt, such as Fage or Chobani
-2 persian cucumbers or 1/2 of a large grocery-store size regular one, grated or finely chopped with moisture squeezed out with a paper towel
    -juice from 1 lemon
    -a buttload of garlic, pressed
    -salt and pep to taste
