I thought I was supposed to have more energy?? But I have to tell ya I am soooo tired. I do my exercising, eat my regulated calories and I am beat! What's up?? What should I be doing or not be doing?? Help!!:huh:

Are you getting in all your water?
Dehydration can make you tired.0 -
Are you getting enough protein? Make sure you stay in balance. Sometimes if I have too many carbs I'll get really tired. Do you get enough iron?0

I find I'm drinking about 10-12 x 8 oz glasses in the summer.0 -

Are you eating enough calories? You should be eating your BMR amount before exercise. If you are eating 1200 then you might not be getting enough food.
I've struggled with feeling tired pretty much my whole life, so I can't really be of much help. Exercise does wake me up for awhile though. Definitely drinking enough water can be an issue. I hope someone on here has some tips. I would recommend a multivitamin too.0 -
