So, I've been on my weight loss journey since November 1, 2010. I reached my goal weight in March and I'm SUPER excited that I did! I didn't really start exercising until around January. So, I've really been working my way into it. I started out with a DVD by Leslie Sansone (Walk Weight Loss Bootcamp) & tried Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones (finally did the whole DVD at one time yesterday! ), and now that it is almost summer, I've started walking as my main form of exercise. I'm up to about 2.5 miles and my pedometer says I'm walking at about 3.5 mph. I walk pretty much everday & if it isn't nice enough to walk I either do the Leslie Sansone DVD or I get on my Gazelle Glider for 30 minutes. I'm also committing to doing the No More Trouble Zones DVD or some other toning workout three times a week. Is this a good workout routine for a newbie like me?

I'd say as long as you're getting some kind of exercise or activity then you're good :) its better than just sitting around huh lol.. I honestly think you are doing good ;) oh and congrats on reaching your goal!!
