Non Picky Eater Idea

I have to admit I am willing to try things many others would not.. So here goes >>> Last night I really wanted tuna salad but since it was the end of the day I did not want to overload myself on the fat and calories in even light mayo... So here is what I did ::: For the creamy moistness I crave in tuna salad I used a 100cal pack of Wholly Guacamole... Yes it had 10 grams of fat but a much healthier fat and it was pre measured so I knew it added with the tuna was a good choice. I also love adding chopped broccoli florets to it... One pack of the Guac was plenty to moisten the tuna and make it spreadble or to add to a lettuce salad without adding the extra dressing.
This was not pretty as you can imagine. But basically healthy and I thought a really good substitute. So if you are not a picky eater and can handle the looks ... you may want to try :-)
