Ok, I didn't go to aerobic yesterday or to the gym. My legs are beginning to have a nagging pain, I have been working out for awhile and I am drinking plenty of water. What is causing this to happen or what can I do diffrent to stop it from happening

Work them out every other day. You shouldn't work any muscle group every single day. Eventually it will cause problems. Some people I'm sure can, but I recommend taking breaks. I don't know if running is different, but they say for weight lifting it takes 2 days to heal.0
