Setting Goals

Well this time around with my weight loss I have set goal for myself. Let see if I can accomplish them. My theory behind goal setting is that if I set goals I will need to be accountable for them. So below is my goals..

My Goals:
1st Goal: 192lbs (6-18-2011)
2nd Goal 182lbs (7-18-2011)
3rd Goal 142lbs (11-18-2011) This one will be hard for me I have never been below 150lbs
4th Goal 137lbs (Vegas Trip 11-30-2011) If I acheive this goal I will have some really nice clothes to buy for my Vegas trip..
5th Goal: Run a Half Marathon Again

I will keep everyone updated on my achievements..
