Anyone Else Feel This With Jillian's BFBM?

Yesterday I did Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I don't know what the outcome will be as far as weight loss/body shaping but I can tell you this...the afterburn is MASSIVE! I was dying through the workout (I'm still carrying too much weight and my balance isn't very good). I kept going, modifying where I could and rebalancing myself as needed. If you get this DVD:
1. Go to the bathroom before starting because the DVD is about an hour (45 minutes of circuit).
2. Drink a glass of water before starting (you will be pouring sweat).
3. Keep a towel handy (again, sweat).
4. Open any windows/turn on any fans before starting (the room will get hot quick and you'll start to feel like you're suffocating).
I actually had my husband do this after I did. Because he smokes he had a harder time than I did but stuck to it to the end. This is only important to note because when I woke up this morning the bed was sweaty on both sides, the room had an old sweat odor (thank GOD for Febreeze) and the temp when I left my bedroom was considerably colder in the rest of the house. My face and legs are still warm and radiating heat. Seriously, it's nuts. X-) Anyone else try this video and get this?

Its a pretty good workout but very cardio based. I like it to change up when I don't feel like running, its fun!0

Wow! You seriously got a great workout! I did feel completely beat up, but extremely rejuvenated that one time I did this DVD. I am currently doing Ripped in 30. will try BFBM once I'm done with Ripped. It was a fun workout that almost killed me0
