Lake Trip in 10 days

Okay, I have 10 days to tone my body up a little and lose maybe 5 pounds. We are going to the lake for Memorial Day weekend and I need to have a little less jiggle in my new bikini!

Any workout tips for burning tons of calories, or thigh-trimming workouts??
