Odd Q For People Just Starting An Exercise Routine

Are you getting nightmares that wake you in the middle of the night?
I had forgotten that I had a few nights with nightmares that woke me and then my husband did an out-of-the-blue hour of Jillian circuit that beat the hell out of him and he asked me if I noticed when he woke up last night. Followed up to tell me about the nightmare he had (it was a doozy!). So, I'm curious, is it a common thing to have nightmares those first few nights after starting to work a routine?
Like, your brain's way of maybe forcing you to wake up to make sure you're okay? :-)
