Forgive yourself for past mistakes.
Forgive yourself and others for being less than perfect.
Put your energy in today and tomorrow.
You have another chance.

Sometimes we lose sight of how we became who we were before deciding to make a life long change. May have been a traumatic experience, lack of knowledge, a loss, an injury, college, pregnancies... whatever the reason... most of us did what we had to do to get through it. Sadly, myself included, many of us turned to something that could kill us... food, smoking, etc. But when we go through life, sometimes, we are in survival mode. But now, we have made the hardest choice and faced the ugliest demons...
NOW, we move forward
NOW, we forgive ourselves
NOW, we forgive those who may have hurt us...
NOW... we take the next step... today.
