Anyone else have CHF and trying to lose weight?

Hi all. I have Congestive Heart Failure and like most people living with CHF, have experience extreme weight gain. I am looking to drop most if not all of the weight I have put on and would like to hopefully find others that are struggling with this for some support. I recently joined a support group online and it has improved my moods and over all outlook on life with the camraderie it is providing. I'm hoping to find the same here.
